1.
I just went for it, and had a
little startle when I realized I'd gotten this far without snapping a picture!
Btw, those are her knees, not her boobs. ;) |
2.
Here I'm just playing with shading (black) and I paint the
washcloth red, and work on the tub "enamel". |
3.
What's a bath without a candle? Well, if you're a woman you're
with me on this one ;) I start to "see" more of the rest of the room
and I play with shading on the tap wall.

4.
Painted her toenails...and anyone
who knows me well, knows that I personally steer clear of nail polish, so this
is temporary, believe me. It just looks silly to me, even on the painting's
toes, but otherwise, they were blending in too much. I add shading and color to
the water, and I add black by the taps and find it really makes them
"pop" out from the wall. I change the faucet because it's been
bugging me all along, and add a highlight to suggest stainless steel.

5.
This is where it gets exciting ;) I
decide to add bubbles! I make them small to show they've dissolved, in my
attempt to show that she's been soaking a while.
|
6.
I tone down her toenails, and add a little red bath mat, and
get rid of a lot of the yellow in the water. I create an organge glow where the
candle light shines.
|
7.
I add a bar of soap and define the
floor.
|
8.
I add yellow back into the water and overall, in order to
reflect candle glow and quiet, and I soften the shading around the soap. There.
I like it. Click on it :)
