We had so much fun at the Richmond Nature Park!
They tell us attendance was down because it was a rainy Monday night, but it didn't stop us from sharing many laughs with those who braved the elements...

Upcoming Shows:

On Saturday, January 8th, we are performing at the
Canadian Bad Ass Coffee Company!
12528 Harris Road, Pitt Meadows

We hope to see you there!

This little coffee house is all heart, owned and operated by the loveliest couple, George & Kathy!
This is the kind of place you can play cards, drink coffee or even beer, bring your knitting, view some art, bring your kids, and listen to live music.

What a gem this warm and inviting place is! We can't wait!

~ Please check the GIGS page for details of all our shows ~

Recent Gigs:

The owners of Crumbs Bakery Cafe in Maple Ridge, Tim & Maria Sarsfield, were delighted to tell us that in 8 years of having music at their bakery, they never once had dancing until now!

Yep, we had the pleasure of witnessing spontaneous dancing during our song Tumblin' Down! It was wonderful
We had just introduced the song by relating the fact that Michele Perron had choreographed a country line dance to Tumblin' Down.
Well we no sooner get into the song, when this lovely lady jumps up from her table and scone and starts line dancing, right there in the aisle!

It was so cute! Just a-kickin' up her heels!

Well seeing her have this much fun was irresistable to another woman, seated with her husband. She suddenly jumped up and joined her! The two of them, these bright lights, were glowing and dancing, to the delight of everyone in the place. The stafff stopped and clapped along and we played an extra lead break to extend the song, it was just gorgeous watching these two.
Did I mention we were playing as a duo.... in a bakery? It was so cool. Folks who came to pick up their cake paused at the door, wide-eyed, while we waved them in, invited them to join the party. They didn't know what they were stepping into. A party, people, a part-ay! What fun!
Well here they are, these lovelies.

Left to right are: Susannah and Maddi, and the dancers are Eulalia and Katie.Ladies at Crumbs
I had been looking forward to this gig because I was going to meet two women I have only "met" on the internet before!
Small world..... I got a photo (blurry #@$%! camera, that is IT!!) of them with the dancing ladies.

We were all pals by the end of the afternoon! It was really a fun day!!
Here's a pic with just my internet buddies, taken by Stephen, Maddi's honey (thanks for the only clear shots! haha)

We enjoyed our evening at the
Bad Ass Coffee Company
in Pitt Meadows on Friday, October 29th!
Outside, it was pourin' rain, but inside, we felt quite toasty pickin' tunes in such a cozy atmosphere!
We had a warm audience , and Kathy, one of the owners, asked us, "Why aren' t you guys here more often?!"
That was a very nice thing to hear! (Yeehaa, more gigs!)

We were playing at Caper's Living Well Naturally Fair on Sunday Sept 12,
and a gentleman came up to us after our set and
asked if we would be interested
in playing a fundraiser in late September
.

Turns out, he was Mel Zajac, of the Zajac Foundation, and now we're booked
to perform at the Zajac Ranch for Children, near Mission, BC, on Sunday, September 26!
We must say that we love it that
Mr. Zajac was inspired to invite us after hearing us! (Thank you!)

Well, we went out to the beautiful Zajac Ranch and had us a yeehaa of a good time!
Some of our show was filmed and we look forward to seeing some of that footage!
It was a great day, with wonderful folks!
