![]() NEWS September-October 2004 Updated Oct 30/04 Hello! Welcome to the Rockin' Country Blues News! Make yourself at home! This is the page where you'll find out what we've been up to, as well as find out about upcoming gigs, joing the mailing list, etc. Let's start with a recent gig. . . ******** We enjoyed our evening at the Bad Ass Coffee Company in Pitt Meadows on Friday, October 29th! Outside, it was pourin' rain, but inside, we felt quite toasty pickin' tunes in such a cozy atmosphere! We had a warm audience , and Kathy, one of the owners, asked us, "Why aren' t you guys here more often?!" That was a very nice thing to hear! (Yeehaa, more gigs!) Just got booked at Donato's Bistro for Friday, Nov. 5... ~ see poster below ~ We'll be enjoying an acoustic set as a duo! You must check out this soulful little venue! It is divine! ![]() And thennnnnnnnn on Thursday, November 18, we are appearing at the Cottage with our full band! We had fun with this poster ;-) Check out our October Birthdays Bash! Click the pic! ![]() Tuesday, Oct. 12th at the Cottage Bistro We were playing at Caper's Living Well Naturally Fair on Sunday Sept 12, and a gentleman came up to us after our set and asked if we would be interested in playing a fundraiser in late September. Turns out, he was Mel Zajac, of the Zajac Foundation, and now we're booked to perform at the Zajac Ranch for Children, near Mission, BC, on Sunday, September 26! We must say that we love it that Mr. Zajac was inspired to invite us after hearing us! (Thank you!) Well, we went out to the beautiful Zajac Ranch and had us a yeehaa of a good time! Some of our show was filmed and we look forward to seeing some of that footage! It was a great day, with wonderful folks! Check it out here! ![]()
