| Howdy! Welcome to the Rockin' Country Blues News! |
| We are *thrilled* to announce that one of the songs from our debut CD,
Straight Up, now has its own dance!! Line Dance Choreographer, Michele Perron, (Instructor/Judge/Performer/Consultant) has choreographed a brand new country line dance using our song, Tumblin' Down!! Michele’s Line Dances are on many Top Ten lists around the world - Australia, United States, Netherlands, England, Japan and of course, Canada.  The dance featuring Tumblin' Down debuted on Saturday, August 9th,
at the Hot Tamales Line Dance Festival in West Vancouver, and it went over very
well! Now, Tumblin' Down will be hittin' the road, making its way to Line Dance
workshops and shows in Kelowna, San Francisco, Chicago, Edmonton, LA, and
Vegas, all before the end of the year! We couldn't be happier! Stay tuned for
more news on this front!We wish to thank Michele and her partner, Brian Bull for this wonderful opportunity to get our music out there! |

| We had a fabulous time at 'Just Singin'
Round,' the fabulous monthly event that raises money for local
charities. To date they have raised $120,269!! This month's funds went to
Lovin'
Spoonful, an organization that delivers 100,000 free, nutritous
meals to men, women, and children living with HIV/AIDS in the Greater Vancouver
area. Big thanks to our buddy John Laird for this photo! I took some as well and will be posting more in the next day or two. Oh what the heck, one more: |

 In this shot, Marilyn Monroe is actually talented impersonator Tracy Bell...who was a riot through out the evening. She also did a chest-poundingly good Celine Dion, as well as a hilarious Maria Von Trapp. The other babes are a local Andrew Sisters type act with the playful name, 10 Cents a Dance. (Kelly Brock, Sara Johns, and Kathy St. Germaine). They were great, great, great! Being surrounded by all that beautiful female energy brought Kris to his knees...
