Steve Elliott & Lucie Walker

Chilliwack Multi-Cultural Festival
September 18th, 2004

Well, the rain came down in buckets all the way from Vancouver to Chilliwack, and all the back, but it had the good sense to hold off and let the good people party with us at the Chilliwack Multi-Cultural Festival on this soggy Saturday, September 18th!

Yep, that was one soggy trip!

But! It stopped raining as soon as we got to town! Yay!

Awesome Audience
What a friendly group!
I chatted briefly with the folks wearing white, and they are here from Australia! And the woman in back of them, with the red pants, was sweet enough to leave us a little something on the stage, and we were so sad in the car to realize we forgot to pick it up! Boo!

Lucie with Eldon
This is Eldon, a very nice fellow who I enjoyed chatting with! If you look closely, you'll see Eldon is holding our CD and I'm holding Eldon's money!

and these folks braved it!

rainy highway and cool trees
Oh the weather
outside was frightful . . . but aren't those trees cool looking?

Heartfelt thanks to Peter Classen of the Chilliwack Business Association for inviting us to play! Also, huge thanks for the GREAT sound
provided by Alan Rempel.

And to the new friends we made. . . we look forward to seeing you again when we return to Chilliwack!
