These paintings are by me, Lucie Walker.

Until now, I have produced maybe one painting every 4 years.
The first 9 paintings were done in a week's time. (January 16 -23).

I met an Australian artist over the internet, Emelisa Mudle, a woman who teaches workshops called, 'Letting Go Through Paint', and as fate would have it, she came to Vancouver and we had a lovely 4 day visit!

While she was here, we painted together, on a large board on the floor.

Beyond that, I'm not sure what happened to me, but it's as if I was granted permission to release the trapped creative images and people I somehow have been hoarding!! Who knew??

My son Dylan said to me, "Mom, you're a paint-a-holic."
